Lead and CRM automation
Define intake, qualification, ownership, stages, reminders, and follow-up visibility.
AI automation · New service
Programmer's Corner is opening a small number of founding-client pilots for founders and growing teams. Primary focus: WhatsApp lead and CRM workflows. Secondary focus: consent-aware voice agents.
Working demos exist; no client outcome claims yet.
No public office address claimed.
The operational view
Calls, ads, Instagram messages, WhatsApp chats, referrals, spreadsheets, and inboxes create fragmented work. A useful pilot maps one workflow, identifies where context disappears, keeps a human owner, and measures whether the handoff becomes more reliable.
What we can build
Define intake, qualification, ownership, stages, reminders, and follow-up visibility.
Design consent-aware messaging, routing, human handoff, and CRM update paths after platform discovery.
Answer bounded questions from approved knowledge and escalate uncertain cases to a person.
Turn existing operational data into scheduled, reviewable summaries without hiding source limitations.
Reduce repeat entry and status chasing across well-defined internal workflows.
Prototype structured outreach or qualification with consent, opt-out, review, and human controls.
Pilot path
Walk through real recent cases and record channels, owners, states, delays, and exceptions.
Choose one workflow, define what stays human, and document privacy and platform constraints.
Build a small test environment using approved data and explicit failure states.
Compare observable workflow reliability before considering a broader rollout.
Working demos · no client results yet
WACRM demonstrates a lead-to-pipeline-to-follow-up workflow. Lumina Outreach demonstrates a voice-agent system. Neither is presented as a completed client deployment or evidence of business outcomes.
Boundaries
Direct answers
One repeated workflow with a clear owner, visible failure, available source data, and a safe way to compare the current process with the pilot. In practice this follows a four-step approach: observing real recent cases to record channels, owners, states, delays, and exceptions; bounding the pilot to one workflow while defining what stays human and documenting privacy and platform constraints; building a small test environment using only approved data; and measuring observable workflow reliability before considering any broader rollout.
Not as a blanket promise. Access, platform rules, data flow, consent, retention, rate limits, and failure handling must be confirmed during discovery before live integration.
Not yet. This is a new service supported by two working demos rather than completed client deployments: WACRM, which demonstrates a lead-to-pipeline-to-follow-up workflow, and Lumina Outreach, which demonstrates a voice-agent system for structured outreach and qualification. Neither demo is presented as evidence of business outcomes. Founding-client pilots will be scoped honestly, starting with one visible operational failure and approved test data, and any results will only be published later with supporting evidence and the client's permission.
WhatsApp lead and CRM workflow is the primary offer. AI voice outreach is secondary and requires stronger consent and operational safeguards.
Start with context
Useful first WhatsApp message: current process, lead or product volume, biggest handoff problem, tools already used, and ideal next step.
